Join HELP and Kick Action's Martial Arts Session for all levels! (Beginners to Advanced)

Unleash your inner strength and build confidence with our martial arts sessions led by coaches with expertise and certification in different Martial Arts*. Each weekly session combines self-defense techniques, fitness training, stress relief, and bonding with other participants!

This activity is 100% free for Migrant Domestic Workers. Participants don't need any prior experience with Martial Arts to join. All is welcome!

*The session is led by Kick Action, a student-led NGO based in Chinese International School. Coaches have certification and expertise in martial arts.
